Google ကေတာ့ဗ်ာ။ သူ႔တစ္ေယာက္တည္းနဲ႔ ကမာၻရြာႀကီး ေဆာက္ေတာ့မဲ့ အတိုင္း။

Google Account တစ္ခုသာ ရွိလို႔ကေတာ့ လိုခ်င္သမွ် Service အကုန္လံုးလိုလို Free ခ်ည္းပဲေနာ္။ ဒါနဲ႔ပဲ က်ေနာ္႔ Personal Data ေတြလည္း မိုးတိမ္(Cloud) ထဲေရာက္ ကမာၻပတ္ေနတာ ၾကာပီေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ သူ႔ကို(Google) လည္း ေမတၱာပို႔ေနရတယ္ဗ်ိဳး။ ရန္သူမ်ိုး ငါးပါးမွ လြတ္ကင္းပါေစလို႔။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ ႐ွိ၊ ႐ွိသမွ် ကိုယ္ေရးကိုယ္တာ အခ်က္ အလက္ေတြက အကုန္လံုး သူ႔ဆီမွာ ေရာက္ေနတာေလ။ ေဟာ ၾကည့္။ Google Chrome, Gmail, GTalk, Gmail Notifier, Picisa, Blogspot, Sketchup, Google Reader, Google Group...တဲ့ အစံုစံုေသာ ဆားဗစ္ေတြ... ေရးျပလို႔ ပီးမွာ မဟုတ္ဘူး။

လူေတြလည္း စြဲကုန္ၾကပီ။ မိုးလင္း၊ မိုးခ်ဳပ္ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာေရွ႕ ေရာက္ပီလား ဆိုမွျဖင့္ Google အေကာင့္ တစ္ခုခုထဲကိုဝင္၊ ဂ်ီေမးလ္ ေပ့ခ်္ေလးဖြင့္ စာဖတ္လိုက္၊ Reader ေလးဖြင့္ၿပီး သူမ်ား ဘေလာ့ေတြ surf လုပ္လိုက္၊ ကိုယ့္ ဘေလာ့ေလး မႊမ္းလိုက္နဲ႔ အခ်ိန္ ကုန္လို႔ ကုန္မွန္းေတာင္ မသိတဲ့ ေန႔ေတြ ႐ွိလာပီဗ်။ ဦး Google ႀကီးကလဲ ဒါကို သတိထားမိလာတယ္နဲ႔ တူတယ္။ အင္း...လူေတြ၊ လူေတြ၊ င့ါေၾကာင့္ အစားပ်က္၊ အအိပ္ပ်က္၊ အေသာက္ပ်က္ (ခၽြင္းခ်က္႐ွိ၏) ေတြ ျဖစ္ကုန္ၾကပီ။ ငါမွ တစ္ခုခုမလုပ္ရင္ မျဖစ္ေခ်ဘူးလို႔ ယူဆမိလာပါတယ္။

ဒါနဲ႔ပဲ GMAIL Serivce ဂ်ီေမးလ္ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈကို ပိတ္ပစ္လိုက္ပါေရာတဲ့။ ဟိုက္...႐ွာလပတ္ရည္။ လန္႔သြားလား။ ဒီလိုဆို ဘယ့္ႏွယ္ လုပ္ၾကမတံုး။ မလန္႔ေသးပါနဲ႔ဦး။ အရင္ ကိုယ့္ေဒတာေလးေတြ ကေလာက္ထဲက ျပန္ယူပါရေစဦး။ အဟား၊ ဟား။ ဒီသတင္းသာ တကယ္ဆိုရေတာ့ Hard-Disk ဟာ့ဒစ္ေတြ ခ်က္ခ်င္း ေစ်းတက္ကုန္မွာ ေသခ်ာတယ္ေနာ္။

ဂ်ီေမးလ္ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈကို ပိတ္မွာကေတာ့ တကယ္ပါ။ ဘယ္သူ႔ေတြကိုလဲ ဆိုေတာ့ ဆႏၵျပဳသူေတြကိုပါ။ ဘယ္ေလာက္ၾကာေအာင္ ပိတ္မွာလဲ။ အခ်ိန္ အကန္႔အသတ္႐ွိပါတယ္။ တစ္ခါပိတ္ ၁၅မိနစ္ပါ။ ဘယ္သူေတြ ဆႏၵျပဳသင့္သလဲဆိုေတာ့.. အထက္မွာ ေဖာ္ျပခဲ့သလို မိုးလင္း၊ မိုးခ်ဳပ္ ဂ်ီေမးလ္စြဲၿပီး ေမာ္နီတာကို ျပဴးၿပဲၾကည့္ေနတဲ့ ခင္ဗ်ားလို လူကိုေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ အဲဒီ ၁၅မိနစ္အတြင္းမွာ ဂ်ီေမးလ္ သံုးလို႔ ရမလား? လံုးဝမရပါဘူး။ ဒါဆို ဘာလုပ္ေနရမလဲ။

Google က အၾကံေပးထားတာ႐ွိပါတယ္။ အဲဒီအခ်ိန္အတြင္းမွာ...
၁) လမ္းေလး၊ ဘာေလးေလ်ာက္ပါ။
၂) လက္ေတြ႔က်တဲ့ အလုပ္ေလးေတြ တစ္ခုခု ၿပီးေအာင္ လုပ္ပါ။
၃) မုန္႔ေလး၊ ဘာေလးစားပါ။
၄) သင့္မွာ အခ်ိန္ ၁၅မိနစ္ရပါတယ္။..တဲ့ (အခ်ိန္ကို ၁၅မိနစ္ကေန ေနာက္ျပန္ေရတြက္ျပသြားပါတယ္။)


ကဲ။ မေကာင္းဘူးလားဗ်ိဳး။ ဘုရင့္ေနာင္ ေဖာင္ဖ်က္ပဲ။ အဲဒီ ၁၅မိနစ္အတြင္း ဂ်ီေမးလ္ကို ဥေပကၡာျပဳၿပီး၊ တျခား အက်ိဳး႐ွိမဲ့ ဟာ တစ္ခုခုသာ လုပ္ေပေရာ့ပဲ။ ဘုရားစာေလး ဘာေလးရြတ္လို႔လည္း ရတယ္ေနာ္။ ေျပာမဲ့သာေျပာရတယ္။ ဒီမွာက မီးလာတဲ့ အခ်ိန္ေလး လု ခ်တ္ေနရာတာဆိုေတာ့.. အခ်ိန္အားဆိုတာ ရွိပီးသားပဲကိုးဗ် ေနာ္း။

ကၽြန္႔ေတာ္ရဲ့ T 11 Printer ကို မွင္လိုင္းခ်ိတ္ၿပီးသံုးေနတာ။ ခု သူ႔ရဲ႕
service သက္တမ္းကုန္သြားၿပီလို႔ျပေနတယ္။ အဲ့ဒါ သူ႔ရဲ့ update driver ကို
ဘယ္လို လုပ္ရမလဲမသိဘူး။ အဲ့ဒါကူညီၿပီးေျဖရွင္းေပးပါအံုးေနာ္။

ဂရုတစ္ခုမွာ ေမးထားတာေလးေတြ႔လို႔ပါ။ ကိုယ္သိတာေလး ေဖာက္သည္ခ်ခ်င္ပါတယ္။

က်ေနာ္တို႔ဆီက လူေတာ္တာ္မ်ားမ်ားဟာ Printer ဝယ္သံုးတဲ့အခါ ပါလာတဲ့ စံမွင္ဗူးအစား မွင္လိုင္း (ဝါ) Continuous Ink ကို ခ်ိတ္ၿပီး သံုးေလ့႐ွိၾကပါတယ္။

Printer Driver Update ဆိုတာက ကိုယ္သံုးေနတဲ့ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ၏ ဝင္းဒိုးေပၚတြင္ တင္ရမဲ့ Hardware Driver ကို Update လုပ္ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
Service Required ေလာ့ခ္ က်ေနတယ္ ဆိုတာက အဲဒီ Printer ကိုယ္တိုင္က သတ္မွတ္ ရိုက္ခ်က္ ျပည့္သြားလို႔ပါ။ ဥပမာ။ အ႐ြက္ တစ္ေသာင္းျပည့္ရင္ ျပန္ၿပီး Servicing လုပ္ေပးဘို႔ Epson က ေအာ္တို Setting ေပးထားတာမ်ိဳးပါ။ နီးစပ္ရာ Epson Service Center ကို ပို႔ရမယ္။

ဒီေလာက္ေလးပဲျဖစ္တာ စက္က အေကာင္းႀကီး၊ Servicing လုပ္ဘို႔ မလိုအပ္ဘူးလို႔ ယူဆရင္
(ဝါ) ကိုယ့္ဘာသာ Servicing လုပ္တတ္ရင္ Service Centre ကို မပို႔ပဲနဲ႔ ဒီ Utility ေလးသံုးၿပီး ျပႆနာကို လြယ္ကူစြာ ေျဖ႐ွင္းႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

သူ႔ကို Install လုပ္ၿပီးရင္ Icon က System Tray ထဲမွာ ေရာက္သြားပါမယ္။ ကလစ္ေခါက္၊ အလို႐ွိရာ ကြန္းမန္းကို ေပး၍ သံုးစြဲႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

ဒီ Utility ဟာ...
က) CSICလို႔ေခၚတဲ႔ Epson Stylus printers ၏ cartridges ကို တိုက္႐ိုက္ ဆက္သြယ္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ မွင္အိုးေၾကာင္တာကို စစ္ေပးႏိုင္တယ္ေပါ့ဗ်ာ။
ခ) မွင္အိုးကို Reset Command ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
ဂ) သတ္မွတ္ရိုက္ခ်က္ ေကာင္တာကို တန္႔ထားႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
ဃ) မွင္အိုးအလြတ္ပင္ ျဖစ္ေစ ၎မွင္အိုး၏ သတ္မွတ္ရိုက္ခ်က္ ေကာင္တာကို Reset သံုည လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
င) အျဖဴ၊ အမဲ၊ ကာလာ မွင္ေခါင္း Print Heads အသီးသီးကို သီးျဖားျဖစ္ေစ၊ စုေပါင္း၍ ျဖစ္ေစ ပံုမွန္ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ အျပင္းစား Cleaning သန္႔႐ွင္းေရး လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
စ) Printer ပရင္တာ ပါဝါ မပိတ္ပဲ မွင္အိုး ျဖဳတ္၊တပ္၊လဲ ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
ဆ) protection counterလို႔ေခၚတဲ့ Service Required Lock ကို ျဖည္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ (ဒါက က်ေနာ့္ ေဖးဘရိတ္ ကြန္မန္းပါ။)
ဇ) Epson Printers အမ်ိဳး ရာေက်ာ္နဲ႔ အလုပ္လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
